MACP, RP
Hello there!
My name is Chloe Sereda, (She/Her)
Receiving my education from Yorkville University, I am passionate and committed to my role as a Registered Psychotherapist.
I work with individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, major life changes, interpersonal conflict, grief, anger management and those who are looking to strengthen their self-esteem. I also provide couples counselling!
Maintaining a strength based perspective through a trauma informed lens, I take a collaborative approach to counselling. Meaning, we will work together to identify and strive towards goals that are important to you and your wellbeing, while also respecting your pace.
The beauty of counselling is having a dedicated time and place for self-exploration and development in a safe and non-judgmental space. Your comfort is important to me and I take my role as a therapist seriously as I always remain grateful to share in the lives of my clients.
I am known around the office to enjoy a cup of hot water (yes, you read that right), provide a witty or sarcastic comment and my lunch usually contains some version of a chickpea. In my spare time, I love being in the kitchen baking or cooking, reading, and will always have ‘The Office’ on repeat.
I appreciate your potential interest in working with me and I hope this was helpful in demonstrating my dedication to my therapeutic role. Now, let’s get to work!
